The bed was comfortable

The breakfast was very poor compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Germany.The coffee was weak and did not taste like coffee. The juice was unpalateable and tasted of chemicals.

Room was very quiet. Comfortable bed. Not too hot at night in summer. Good value for money.

Bathroom very run down. No shampoo or hairdryer. Hotel staff not very friendly at arrival. Hotel generally rather worn down, needs renovation.

Location, comfortable, decent shower.

Very close to the s-bahn station. Clean, quiet rooms. English speaking staff. Good value for money.

No wifi in the rooms. It is only in breakfast room for 5 eur. Booking was without prepayment, but hotel charged for the first night one month in advance.

A very convenient location, close to subway and downtown; and in a very quiet, residential area.

The room was very small and spartan. The elevator tiny and antiquated. There was not even a hair drier provided.

Central location

It was very noisy - a group of 25-30 consturction workers were staying at the hotel and there was very loud talking and yelling in the hallways and stairwells at midnight and later. It was very hard to sleep. Also, we parked where we were instructed by the desk clerk and our car was ticketed.

The very helpfull staff and location.The car park is relatively secure.

Parking facillitires are extremely cramped and the car park was poorly maintained.

Hotel is well situated.

Although I specified a non smoking room I was allocated a room that stank of smoke. After complaining I was reallocated to a non smokingf room

very good location!!! next to the s-bahn and in walking distance from the centre. all the staff is very helpful.

Nothing to like in this hotel as it is very old building,the hotel was horrible, it looks like 30 years old rooms are not comfortable at all.It's a very old-fationed room, but it costs 49 €, so expensive for that kind of room.The room was too small to a point that there was no spot for opening my luggague.Rooms are totally different than they appear on website, even not close.The bathroom having old fixtures and shower stand was far behind the tab. The bath tub is not surrounded by any curtains so when you take a shower everything will get wet and the floor will be soaking.The fact that the hotel advertised the availability of free wireless internet for guests and in reality the internet was not free and above all there was no internet .
